Companies that have grown to a certain size come to realize that processes are too slow, the quality of outcomes have room for improvement and the transparency of the quickly growing number of tasks has been reduced.

In addition, conflicts have evolved. Conflicts in the workplace environment may have stemmed from unclear delineations of competencies, poor interface design, et cetera. There is also a possibility that conflicts may have grown based on inter-personal difficulties. Irregardless of the cause, conflicts disrupt collaboration in the workplace and impose considerable costs on the organization.


I offer organizational consulting in key areas including; organization & processes, change management, conflict mediation in the workplace environment and project management. As a consultant with many years of work experience, I have led projects in the fields of; IT, organizational change, process analysis and optimization. I facilitate these support services for your company, organization, social institution or public service.

Depending on the task and purpose at hand, I design the approach in collaboration with you and your employees according to your individual requirements. This cycle begins by identifying specific needs, designing and developing an action-oriented approach, up to the final implementation which is then followed by a performance evaluation. I provide consulting support alongside each step of project phase, assisting as a moderator and further clarifying details in the process series when necessary
